Between 8th and 10th February we trained senior managers from CFAO Motors in a customised coaching Programme, dubbed the Leader as Coach Programme. This intensive three-day programme brought together ten senior managers who shared a common objective: to inspire their teams’ performance and facilitate organizational development.
The Leader as Coach Programme was meticulously crafted to provide CFAO’s senior managers with the indispensable skills and competencies required to enhance the thinking, behavior, and performance of their teams. Its primary aim was to empower these leaders with coaching techniques that could effectively inspire and develop their teams.
The programme delved into a range of critical topics, including the role of a leader as a coach, delivering constructive feedback, skillfully navigating challenging conversations, fostering self-awareness, coaching for improved performance, exploring the nuances of emotional intelligence, and creating an environment of psychological safety.
