These gaps have led to the adoption of the Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (PMEAL) approach, which focuses on engaging stakeholders, ensuring results, and promoting continuous learning and accountability. PMEAL ensures that projects are not only successful but also adaptable and transparent.
