Programme Delivery
The curriculum is delivered through theme-oriented modules that combine facilitated sessions, practical case studies and skills building. The sessions balance knowledge and skills and are structured and delivered in participant cantered rather than facilitator led way. As such the course is highly participatory and based on principles of adult learning.
Throughout the modules, participants can share their thoughts and experiences openly and learn from one another as much as they learn from the facilitators. In addition, every opportunity is made to invite guest speakers to share relevant and interesting practical experiences with the course participants.
Focusing as it does on leadership with management content, the course stresses the development of Personal Leadership Skills development in all its modules and uses the Adaptive Leadership Model.
The programme spans multiple modules, including Understanding the Global Health Systems, Strategy for Global Healthcare Managers, Trends in Global HRM, Building Excellence in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Focus on Recent Trends in Global Health Innovation and Change, Specialization Modules, and more.
