At Strathmore Global Institute Uganda (SGI), we make your transition to Strathmore University smooth, guided, and stress-free.

If you are planning to pursue an undergraduate programme, our team supports you at every stage, from application guidance to preparing you for the required pre-entry assessments.

Entry Requirements

To qualify for undergraduate admission:

  • O-Level Requirements: A minimum of six (6) credits, including Mathematics and English.
  • A-Level Requirements:  Two to three Principal Passes (C and above).

Pre-Entry Examinations & Oral Interviews

As part of the admissions process, SGI administers:

  • Pre-entry examinations
  • Oral interview assessments

Exams and interviews are conducted every Tuesday and Thursday at 9:00 AM.

What to bring

  • Original O-Level and A- Level result slips
  • A valid form of identification (Passport/ National ID/ Birth certificate)
  • 1 Passport-size photo
  • Application fees
    • Bachelor’s Degree Applicants: UGX 100,000
    • Diploma Applicants: UGX 75,000
