From the 7th to the 9th of June 2023, the Strathmore Global Institute-Tanzania, trained a team from Dentons East Africa Law Chambers in a customized training Programme in strategic leadership.
The intensive 3-day immersion training saw the participants trained; partners, financial managers, business development and operations managers, go through training sessions on strategic leadership with some of the key topics covered included in the training included scenario planning and industry foresight; effective people management; strategic thinking and formulation amongst many other industrial insights.
The Programme facilitators included Carl Wagner, a Professional Psychologist, Seasoned Consultant and Academic Director, Strathmore Global Institute-Tanzania, Aida Kiangi, a Senior Executive with 20+ years of experience and Dr Adriana Lyamba.
