With a total of 22 participants in the class, the Programme provided a dynamic learning environment for aspiring and experienced managers alike. Led by esteemed facilitators and industry experts, the programme aimed to equip participants with the knowledge and tools needed to excel in their roles and drive impactful change within their organizations.

Over the course of five intensive days, participants delved into a wide range of topics critical to effective management. From understanding leadership styles and problem-solving techniques to mastering financial management and customer-centric strategies, each session offered valuable insights and practical skills that could be immediately applied in the workplace.
