The Leading High-Performing Healthcare Organisations Programme (LeHHO) was designed in conjunction with Management Sciences for Health (MSH), through funding from USAID, for the healthcare leaders of our region. It is geared towards improving healthcare delivery, a key indicator of economic development.
This programme explores the diverse and complex challenges that confront regional healthcare leaders. You will acquire the skills and frameworks needed to implement new processes, organisational designs, and leadership strategies within your organisation.
The programme is targeted towards top leadership and senior executives who are responsible for performance and service delivery in the health sector from National government, County governments, Faith-based organizations, Private for-Profit health organization, NGO’s among others.
Participants are carefully selected to enhance a great mix of senior executives from various industries and regions with relevant knowledge and experience to boost the quality of the discussions and group work.
SBS’ faculty members hold PhDs from leading universities and reflect different nationalities, giving them a unique perspective on today’s complex business landscape.
