The face of healthcare is dynamic and more complex than ever, with technological innovation, new treatments, new laws & regulations, and new types of healthcare service delivery models.
In addition to negotiating the day-to-day demands of a busy and complex organisation, healthcare delivery leaders must also be able to evaluate and understand the impact of different healthcare delivery models and major service delivery programmes in specific disease areas.
The Leading High-Performing Healthcare Organisations Programme (LeHHO) was designed in conjunction with Management Sciences for Health (MSH), through funding from USAID, for the healthcare leaders of our region. It is geared towards improving healthcare delivery, a key indicator of economic development.
The programme consists of five one-week modules held over one year on SBS’ campus in Kenya. Participants are awarded a certificate upon completion of the programme.
Due to the busy working schedules of participants, LeHHo is flexibly designed to be delivered in a multi-modular format, offering you a unique opportunity to undertake substantial learning and development that can be fitted into your professional and personal life.
