Participants of the Global CEO Africa Programme are currently at the Lagos Business School in Nigeria for the second module of the Programme

The week-long module has seen the participants have thought-provoking in-class sessions with the faculty members from Lagos Business School with the CEOs engaging in in-depth discussions on topics ranging from Africa’s leadership, leadership across multiple jurisdictions, multi-cultural awareness and enhancing intra-Africa trade among others.

Today the global, interconnected world calls for executive leaders who are uniquely attuned to the economic currents and market shifts that could advance or undermine their firm’s long-term sustainability.

The Global CEO – Africa Programme has been designed to enhance the CEOs’ strategic vision and equip them with new tools to better navigate disruptive trends. This Programme aims to bring together business leaders in a bid to co-create the African leadership solution even as they individually transform their organizations.

The Global CEO Africa Programme aims to emphasize the roles, skills and competencies required for effective leadership in African organizations. This Programme is delivered by Strathmore University Business School in partnership with YALE School of Management in New York and Lagos Business School in Nigeria.

The African continent has immense growth potential, but the realization of this potential requires collaborative leadership. By connecting business leaders and fostering a collaborative environment, the Programme aims to develop CEOs who are well-attuned to economic currents and market shifts, thereby ensuring the long-term sustainability of their respective firms in the ever-changing business landscape.
