Developing Leadership Capabilities (DLC) is a programme for anyone interested in knowing themselves deeply and understanding how this affects the way they show up to others.
The programme challenges long-held views on Leadership as it provides an alternative in Virtuous Leadership.
The participants will discover their potential and talents through a personality assessment and apply this knowledge throughout the programme in different functions of leadership. Leadership is not a preserve of the few but for all regardless of where they are in life and even when they don’t hold any positions or titles.
This programme is about Leadershift and challenges the participants to shift their mindset in how they see themselves and others.
Developing Leadership Capabilities Programme is an intensive programme, held once a year. Through relevant case studies, interactive classroom exercises, small group discussions, video clips and exposure to the latest research, participants will acquire skills that can be immediately applied to enhance individual and business performance.
Each day of the programme will end in a reflection session where participants can exchange thoughts and ideas in a small peer group.
This programme will bring together an optimum mix of practitioners and faculty with experience in developing leadership capabilities across diverse industries.
They are also uniquely suited to address contemporary issues of leadership.
