Introduction
This course aims to provide a fast track into digital transformation in the public sector. It puts a concrete and narrow focus on the most important building blocks: public services and change management. The participants can obtain an overall understanding and insight into service orientation, design, implementation, and its use in the public sector. As the latter itself undergoes the changes brought by digital transformation, the course covers what these processes mean and what implications they entail for all parties: citizens, officials, organisations as a whole, and entire public and private sectors in general.
