Thomas Mundia has over 500 hours of coaching Senior Executives (CEOs, Board of Directors and Business Owners) in the corporate and business world.
Mr Mundia is internationally certified as an International Coach Federation (ICF) Certified Group and Team Coach, Organizational Effectiveness and Leadership Coach as well as an Associate Certified Coach.
He is the course leader in the Developing Leadership Capabilities program at Strathmore University Business School (SBS). He teaches Ethics in Leadership and Governance, Virtuous Leadership and Business Ethics as well.
He has held various senior management positions in Media, Manufacturing and Finance.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, a Post Graduate Diploma in marriage, education and the family from the University of Catalonia, a top university in Spain.
Mr Mundia also holds a Master of Arts in Applied Philosophy and Ethics from Strathmore University.
He is a Certified Personal Development Analysis (PDA) Analyst as well as a Certified Mediator with the United Kingdom-based Facility.
Qualifications

He is a member of the Financial Sector Executive Coaching Advisory Board (Africa) as well as the Africa Board for Coaching, Consulting and Coaching Psychology (ABCCCP).
His recent key projects include strategy team coaching for executive committee members of Housing Finance Bank-Uganda and coaching skills training for the Board of Directors of Symbion International Group.
