Dr. Patricia has extensive experience in academia where she teaches in both academic and executive programs in the areas of Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Leadership Development and General Management.

She has played various roles in university boards in relation to curriculums development, open, distance and e-learning, gender mainstreaming and quality assurance and as a faculty representative to the university senate.

She has industry expertise in the areas of strategy formulation and execution, business performance management, process improvement and internal controls design and assessment.

Interests

Her research interests, conferences, publications and consultancies span the areas of strategy, top management and organizational leadership, corporate governance, entrepreneurial and family ventures management.
