Dr. Olgha Adede
Adjunct Lecturer at Strathmore Business School

She is both a member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM – UK) and Marketing Society of Kenya (MSK). Her consultancies and trainings cut across diverse industries covering SMEs, Middle-level and large organizations.
Olgha is a trainer and management consultant in strategic marketing, brand management and customer experience. She is passionate about staff development and has guided multi-functional teams while advising on marketing strategies that organizations have relied on for competitiveness.

For the past Ten (10) years, Olgha has been a Lecturer of Marketing. In this capacity, she has been teaching students studying professional marketing courses of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM – UK) as well as those pursuing undergraduate and post-graduate level degree courses at Strathmore University. She has a PhD in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing. Olgha is a marketing expert and an astute trainer. She is passionate about mentoring young marketers for effectiveness and growth in the marketing career.

Olgha has served in different capacities in diverse industries where she has made great impact. She is the former Head of Sales and Marketing at New Kenya Cooperative Creameries (NKCC) where she oversaw Sales and Marketing function. In this capacity, she covered both the Kenyan and regional markets and grew sales by over 20% annually. She also developed and launched several brands including Gold Crown Fat Free Long-Life Milk – the only long-life Fat Free Milk in the region. She re-branded several brands including KCC Fresh, Gold Crown, KCC Cheese and KCC Ghee, all of which gave the brands refreshing look that enhanced corporate image and improved sales.

Prior to New KCC, Olgha served in different capacities at Brookside Dairy Limited; Radbone Clark (K) Limited; Sharp Electronics Limited – Mombasa, Kenya; and Alico Kenya Limited.

Olgha is married to Solomon and between them are three adult children. Her hobbies include singing, travelling, hosting and cooking.
