Juliana Kamau – Muteti is a doctoral fellow at Strathmore University Business School, pursuing a PhD in Business and Management (Finance). She has a Master of Commerce (Finance) degree and Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) degree from Strathmore University. Juliana has over 12 years of teaching experience at the university and engaged in research in behavioral and personal finance. She also mentors undergraduate students.

Her areas of specialization include: Corporate Finance, Financial Management, International Finance, Behavioral Finance, New Venture finance, Economics, Personal Financial Planning, Pension and Retirement Planning, Personal Financial Planning and Investing

Prior to teaching, she was the research director at Strathmore Research and Consultancy Centre (SRCC), successfully completing the World Council of Credit Union research project.

She was involved in the development of the Bachelor of Commerce Curriculum

Juliana is also involved in training finance courses for executive programs at the Business School.

She is also involved in community activities which involve child protection, child education and is a coordinator of the Pontifical Missionary Childhood
