John Njane is a Doctoral Fellow, Executive Coach and Organizational Development Expert at Strathmore University Business School.
John teaches Human Resource related units, Organizational Theory, and Corporate Governance and Sustainability. John has been a mentor at the University since 2008.
He also coaches senior and middle managers from different industries and diverse cultural backgrounds around the East African region (Kenyan, Uganda and Tanzania).
John worked as a HR Manager at Strathmore University Business School where he acquired an in-depth experience in people issues.
John is a facilitator at Strathmore Business School in leadership development programs for senior and middle Managers from different organizations as well as entrepreneurs.
Qualifications
PhD Student – Current MSc. in Business Management Business Administration
MSc. in Business Management from Oxford Brookes University (UK) and Bachelor of Business Administration (Marketing).
Certified Genos Emotional Intelligence, Clarity 4D Assessment tool, Organizational Effectiveness Coach (COEC), and Personal Development Analysis (PDA).
He is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM), Kenya.
His areas of expertise involves Executive Coaching & Mentoring, Leadership and team development and Culture and Change Management
