SBS Alumna Joins Sama as Senior Director, People, and Culture

Strathmore University Business School wishes to congratulate Caroline Mwangi on her recent appointment as the Senior Director, People and Culture, at Sama.

Caroline has over 17 years of experience across multiple sectors, including; energy, banking, health, and automotive. She most recently served as Human Resources Director at Schneider Electric East Africa where she supported various business units in Anglophone Africa.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Jomo Kenyatta University, a Higher National Diploma from the Institute of Human Resources Management and is a certified facilitator and a certified organizational effectiveness coach.  She is currently finalizing an Executive Master of Business degree from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT).

She is also an alumna of the Programme de leadership pour les cadres supérieurs (SMLP), Class of 2020.

Caroline is a mother to three young leaders. She has a great entrepreneurial spirit, and loves networking.  She also enjoys nature, exercise, reading, and taking long drives, which she does as often as possible.
