Introduction

This Executive Education Programme aims to bridge the knowledge gap in devolution and public finance management (PFM) for key decision-makers and other key stakeholders in Kenya’s decentralization landscape. Targeting National and County government officials, development sector professionals, and media practitioners (especially editors). The program explores the interface and how these systems work together to impact service delivery and governance.
