Strathmore University Business School is proud to congratulate Marion Gathoga-Mwangi on her recent appointment as the Group CEO of Standard Group PLC.
Marion brings to her new role a wealth of experience with more than 26 years’ extensive expertise in commercial operations, operational excellence, and general management across multiple sectors. Her leadership is poised to drive The Standard Group’s strategic objectives and growth initiatives forward.
Prior to joining The Standard Group, Marion held several key positions at The Linde Group PLC, a leading global industrial gases and engineering solutions company listed on the New York Stock Exchange and Managing Director at BOC Gases among others.
Marion is an alumna of the Programme de leadership pour les femmes administrateurs and currently serves as the Academic Director for the Programme pour les femmes dirigeantes and the Programme d'excellence opérationnelle at Strathmore University Business School.
