Janus Continental Group: New Managers Development Programme

Earlier this month, we trained 21 managers from the Jonus Continental Group in a Customised Programme dubbed the New Managers Development Programme.

The Programme aimed to upskill the managers and strengthen their management skills.

Some of the topics they covered included:

• managing upwards
• leading high performance teams, and,
• how to drive productivity in teams.

The training also included a personality assessment using the insight discovery model which enabled the participants to better understand themselves and each other.
