Carl Wagner is a qualified Psychologist. He works as a consultant to industry and as an academic.

Carl has lectured for over 20 years and is the Academic Lead for a number of the Executive Education programmes at Wits Business School in South Africa.

Carl is also the Academic Director for the Strathmore Business School Global Chief Executive Officer Programme.

As well as being a specialist in assessment and development, Carl also works extensively in the area of change management. He also works as an executive coach. He also consults at project management level on a number of organisational development and change management projects.
