Strathmore University Business School Trains 72 Members of the Britam Board of Directors

Between 15th – 16th September 2022, we trained 72 members of the Britam Board of Directors in a Customised Programme dubbed the Britam Board Leadership and Governance Programme. 43 of the participants trained were physically on campus while another 29 attended virtually.

The participants trained came from the seven countries in which Britam is present: Kenya, Rwanda, Mozambique, Uganda, Malawi, Tanzania and South Sudan. The participants trained were a mix of both executive and non-executive directors.  The Programme aimed  to impart participants with a strong understanding of key aspects of oversight and monitoring required for a board director.
