Strathmore University Business School (SBS) Trains Middle-Level Managers from Telkom Kenya

At the beginning of this month, Strathmore University Business School trained two cohorts of  middle-level managers from Telkom Kenya in a custom training Programme focusing on effective communication skills for management.

The training spanned two weeks and saw 48 managers trained on how to develop their communication skills at the management level.

Some of the key areas that the training covered include; effective communication in teams, different communication styles for different audiences, presentation skills, assertiveness and emotional intelligence, among others.
