Between 1st to 3rd March 2023, we trained eight members of the Family Bank Board in a Customised Programme dubbed the Family Bank Board Strategic Programme.
The Programme, which took place at the Lake Nakuru Lodge aimed to strengthen the strategic corporate governance skills of the board members. Some of the topics that the Programme covered included new trends and best practices for boards, leveraging AI, the changing role of the board and succession planning among other topics.
