SBS Alumna Appointed Head of Human Resources at Nation Media Group

Strathmore University Business School wishes to congratulate Jane Muiruri on her appointment as the Head of Human Resources at the Nation Media Group.

Prior to her appointment, Jane served as the Senior HR Manager responsible for the Editorial, Advertising and Production departments at the same organisation. She was also the Project Manager for the culture transformation journey and job evaluation.

She previously worked for Nestlé Kenya Limited as HR Business Partner, East Africa Cluster.

Jane is a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) and holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi.

She is a Prosci Change Management practitioner through Cedar Africa Group, a Certified Executive Leadership Coach through CDI-Africa Coaching Group, and an Adjunct Coach at Strathmore University Business School.

Jane is an alumna of the Programme de leadership pour les cadres supérieurs – Class of 2016.
