Participants of the CEO Apprentice Programme (CAP) Tanzania Attend their Regional Module at the SBS, Nairobi

Between 14th and 16th November 2022,18 participants of the CEO Apprentice Programme (CAP) Tanzania, Class of 2022 attended their regional module at the Strathmore Business School (SBS). The participants; drawn  from various sectors, consisted of executive committee members, general managers, directors, chief operating officers, chief executive officers and other senior leaders being groomed for CEO positions.

The regional module aims to give the participants a deeper understanding of the business landscape in Kenya.

The CEO Apprentice Programme Tanzania (CAP) is a senior level executive development Programme run by Strathmore Business School (SBS) in partnership with  CEO Roundtable of Tanzania. This Programme aims to develop Tanzanian CEOs  and company directors in a move by the country to develop local leaders and rely less on expats.
