The Management Development Programme (MDP) is a comprehensive transformational leadership programme tailored for Middle-Level Managers who are seeking to steer their organizations through adaptive challenges, lead innovation and thrive in the new normal in the backdrop of digitalization, artificial intelligence, remote work, and other disruptive shifts.

Structure du programme

Modular Programme Structure
  • MDP is a modular programme, consisting of 3 modules spread over 9 months.
  • Our flexible modular structure allows you to customize your learning journey, addressing specific challenges at your own pace.
Action Learning Projects through Coaching
  • Apply your learning in real-world scenarios through action learning projects, guided by expert coaches for practical, hands-on experience.
Exchange Programmes with Cultural Immersions:
  • Expand your economic outlook with curated East African exchange modules, connecting with regional leaders and witnessing firsthand the best practices in doing business in East Africa.
  • Immerse yourself in a rich learning experience on how to navigate the East African Business Terrain –Opportunities, Challenges & Strategies in East Africa’s growth markets, gaining insights from diverse cultural perspectives.

Exécution du programme

The programme consists of a combination of two one-week modules delivered over a 6-month period.

In between the modules, participants will be in contact with a professional business coach for purposes of executing your Leadership Project.

This unique programme structure allows participants to broaden their knowledge in an intensive learning environment while putting into practice the learning skill and knowledge acquired in the modules.

The programme mostly employs the case methodology as one of the learning techniques; this gives participants a chance to analyze real business scenarios as they immerse themselves in the various contemporary business challenges.
