Introduction
Today’s organizations are undeniably complex—both difficult to understand and even more challenging to manage. But building your leadership skills from the inside out can help ensure you and your organization are positioned for growth and prepared to manage through change and uncertainty.
Effective leaders are constantly trying to understand how change can occur to impact the public good. In this course, individuals can acquire the skills necessary to begin the practice of transformational leadership to instill change that has lasting impact on your community.
Participants cibles
These courses are designed for professionals with commitment to the public good. Participation in the program requires 10 to 12 hours per week dedicated to reading, viewing multimedia materials, participating in group learning activities and discussions with peers, and completing interactive assignments.

Facilitators
The facilitators are International Coach Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coaches and have both corporate practice and a wealth of coaching experience internationally and in the region with more than 2000 coaching hours.

Patricia MurugamiPatricia is the Chief Executive Officer of Breakthrough Consulting Solutions Group, a firm thatprovides board & c-suite leadership advisory services (www.bcslgroup.com). She is also theRegional Academic Director of the Women in Leadership Portfolio of Programs and Senior Faculty in the area of Authentic, Transformational, Inclusive and Sustainable Leadership at Strathmore Business School (SBS). Dr. Murugami holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA- Leadership, Authenticity and Governance ) from International School of Management, France. She is a TEDx Fellow having represented Africa by sharing her leadership ideas at TEDx-IESE in Barcelona. |

Thomas MundiaThomas Mundia is an International Coach Federation (ICF) Certified Group and Team Coach, Organizational Effectiveness and Leadership Coach as well as an Associate Certified Coach. He has over 300 hours of coaching experience both in Executive Education programmes at Strathmore Business School and as an Independent consultant. His coaching experience spans across Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria and Ethiopia. |
