Dr. Daniel Monehin DBA, MBA, FCMA, FCPA, CPA, FCA, heads Resolut Consulting, a global leadership development firm based in Toronto, Canada, with associate consultants on five continents. He is an Adjunct Faculty Member in the Executive Education arm of Smith School of Business, Queen’s University, Canada, Strathmore Business School, Kenya, and other top business schools in Africa, Europe, and Asia.

Daniel uniquely combines academic rigor with practical executive experience. During his 35-plus-year corporate career, he held various senior leadership roles in diverse B2B and B2C companies. As a seasoned global executive, he championed hands-on and transformational leadership in Fortune 500 and S&P 100 companies. He established and managed new businesses across over 200 countries and territories.

Daniel earned his Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree from the University of Manchester, U.K. His 5-year doctoral research in Organizational Leadership. He received an MBA from Queen’s University, Canada. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (FCPA, FCMA), a U.S. Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA).

He is the bestselling author of The Pragmatic Optimist: Six Proven Strategies for Leading During a Crisis, which hit No. 1 on Amazon Canada’s Hot New Releases. He is a recipient of the Top 100 Most Influential Black Canadians award.

Until recently, Daniel served as a Member of the Board of Directors at American Express Bank of Canada, where he chaired the Board’s Conduct Review Committee. He resides in Dubai, UAE, and travels globally for speaking and consulting engagements.
