Friday, 9th June 2023 was a day full of celebration and joy for 21 participants graduating from the Advanced Leadership Programme for insurance companies, a Programme offered at the Strathmore Global Institute – Tanzania in partnership with the Association of Tanzanian Insurers (ATI).
This graduation ceremony marked the successful completion of the second cohort of this Programme with the graduating participants pulled from various insurance companies across Tanzania including the National Insurance Corporation (NIC), Sanlam Insurance, Alliance Insurance, Reliance Insurance, Zanzibar Insurance Corporation (ZIC), Minet Insurance, M-Gen Insurance and ICEA Lion.
The Programme, which kicked off in October 2022 and ran all through to June 2023, saw the participants equipped with improved skills in leadership and management. Learn more about the Programmes offered at the Strathmore Global Institute Tanzania ici.
