On Tuesday, 4th July 2023, we hosted more than100 CEOs for the CEO Connect Forum, a thought leadership forum that exemplified the importance of value creation, sustainability, and ESG from an African business leadership perspective.
The event brought together top business leaders from East Africa to deliberate on the essential role of creating shared value – a business approach that champions sustainability and its profound impact on society and the environment.
The event, themed: Creating Value for All: A Business Imperative for Sustainability, saw the panelists: Geoffrey Odundo, CEO, Nairobi Securities Exchange, Joyce Gachugi – Waweru, CEO at PAKPRO, Rita Kavashe, Managing Director, Isuzu East Africa Limited, Stephen Kiptinness and Dr. Barbara Jensen Vorster highlighted the initiatives that their organizations are undertaking to inculcate shared value in their operations.
