Introduction
Healthcare systems depend on efficient medical logistics to ensure medicines, medical devices, and essential health commodities reach the right place, at the right time, in the right condition. As healthcare systems become increasingly complex, the ability to strategically manage medical supply chains has become critical to delivering safe, quality, and uninterrupted patient care.
The Medical Logistics Leadership and Innovation Program is a first-of-its-kind executive programme jointly developed by Strathmore Business School (SBS) and Mission for Essential Drugs and Supplies (MEDS). The programme combines SBS’s expertise in executive leadership and management education with MEDS’ extensive experience in healthcare supply chain management to prepare professionals to lead resilient, efficient, and future-ready medical logistics systems.
Designed around real-world healthcare challenges, the programme integrates strategic leadership, operational excellence, innovation, and data-driven decision-making to enable participants to transform healthcare logistics within their organisations. Through practical learning, industry insights, and an applied capstone project, participants will gain the competencies required to strengthen supply chain performance and ultimately improve patient outcomes.

À propos de l'Institute of Healthcare Management - Strathmore University Business School
