In the Sisters Blended Value Project (SBVP), we are fortunate to have facilitators and researchers who bring not only expertise to the program but also energy, passion, and a genuine love for the journey. Dr. Diana is one of those special people.

As both a facilitator and a researcher in SBVP, Dr. Diana has become a valued part of the sisters’ learning journey. She brings insight, thoughtfulness, and an engaging style that helps make each session both meaningful and practical. Whether guiding discussions, unpacking ideas, or helping the sisters connect learning to their ministries, she does so with a noticeable commitment. .

What makes her contribution even more special is the way she naturally blends research and teaching. As a researcher, she helps strengthen the project’s intellectual and evidence-based foundation. As a trainer, she helps bring those ideas to life in practical, relatable, and inspiring ways for the sisters. In short, she is helping SBVP not only do impactful work but also understand and strengthen it further.

But beyond all her impressive roles, one thing about Dr. Diana is very clear: she truly enjoys training the sisters. Dr. Diana is always spiritually, mentally, and academically on standby. Give her a room full of sisters, a flipchart, and a discussion topic, and she is fully in her element. In fact, if enthusiasm for teaching the sisters were a subject on its own, Dr. Diana would probably be the one setting the exam, teaching the lesson, and still smiling while asking, “So, what did we learn today?” She always looks forward to the sessions; furthermore, if there were an Olympic event for enthusiasm for teaching sisters, Dr. Diana would probably bring home the gold for SBVP. She always looks forward to the sessions, and that joy has a way of spreading to everyone in the room.

Through her engagement with the sisters, Dr. Diana has also witnessed something powerful: Catholic Sisters who are deeply rooted in mission yet open to innovation; eager to learn, reflect, and build sustainable solutions for the communities they serve. This makes her role not just one of teaching, but of walking alongside a remarkable group of changemakers.

Dr. Diana’s presence in SBVP reminds us that transformation happens best when knowledge is shared with heart. Her contribution continues to enrich the project through research, learning, and a passion for empowering the Sisters.

As we celebrate Dr. Diana, we also celebrate the spirit she brings: a spirit of commitment, joy, and readiness to pour into the sisters again and again. If there is ever a session with sisters on the calendar, chances are Dr. Diana is already looking forward to it with a smile.

Les peuples du monde “méritent d'être aimés et encouragés - jamais d'être abandonnés à leur solitude dans la pauvreté et l'obscurité”. Telle est notre détermination.
