SBS Alumnus Appointed Chief Transformation Officer at Family Bank Kenya Limited

Elijah, a seasoned HR specialist and banker with over 17 years of experience in the industry, previously served as the Chief Human Resource Officer at Family Bank. His leadership and expertise have been instrumental in driving organizational growth and development.

He is an alumnus of the Advanced Management Programme at Strathmore University Business School (SBS). Moreover, Elijah played a pivotal role in ensuring 500 Family Bank staff members, across various managerial and functional levels, successfully underwent transformational programs at SBS.
