Strathmore University Business School wishes to congratulate Catherine Karimi on her recent nomination as CEO of the year in the Think Business Insurance Awards 2020, a first for women in the insurance sector.
Catherine joined APA Insurance in 2017 as the Chief Executive Officer and has had a stellar career, with the APA Life Fund growing by over Ksh 2 billion under her tenure among other achievements. Prior to joining APA, she worked for several insurance companies under different capacities among them Acting Managing Director of Kenya Alliance Insurance Company.
