Dr. Geoffrey Peter Otieno achieved his Doctor of Philosophy in Business and Management with his thesis titled The Influence of Characteristics, Motivation, and Process of Innovation on the Lead User Innovation Outcomes in Financial Technology Services in Kenya. His research explored how various factors influence innovation outcomes, particularly in the realm of financial technology services in Kenya.
Dr. Otieno’s research provides a detailed examination of the critical elements that drive successful innovation in the fintech sector.
