Earlier this month, participants of the Managing Healthcare Businesses Programme and the Leading High Performing Healthcare Organizations Programme, visited MP Shah Hospital for an experiential learning company visit.

The company visit gave the participants a practical experience where they are able to put into practice their in-class learning. During this visit, the participants had the opportunity to interact with the management team from the hospital and get insights to understand best practice operations of hospitals in the health sector.

During the company visit to MP Shah Hospital, participants had the opportunity to interact with the hospital’s management team. This allowed them to gain insights into the best practices and operations of hospitals in the health sector. By observing and engaging with the management team, the participants could deepen their understanding of how a successful healthcare organization operates in practice.

Overall, the experiential learning company visit to MP Shah Hospital provided a practical platform for participants to apply their classroom knowledge, learn from industry experts, and enhance their understanding of managing healthcare businesses and leading high-performing healthcare organizations.

The Leading High Performing Healthcare Organizations Programme on the other hand focuses on the challenges faced by regional healthcare leaders. It aims to provide participants with the skills, frameworks, and strategies needed to navigate the diverse and complex healthcare landscape. This includes implementing new processes, designing effective organizational structures, and adopting leadership strategies that lead to high-performing healthcare organizations.
