Last week, we trained 20 Senior Managers from the CRDB Bank, Tanzania in a Programme dubbed the Executive Leadership Programme (ELP).
The Executive Leadership Programme is a customized Programme designed to strengthen the leadership skills of the senior management at CRDB Bank Tanzania.
This training marked the second module of the Programme and was run at the SBS Nairobi Campus. The key areas of focus for this module were industry foresight, strategic thinking and strategy execution while examining areas of the future of work.
The three-day Programme culminated in a guest speaker session by Rita Okuthe, formerly of Safaricom PLC and current chairperson of Kenya Pipeline Corporation (KPC), who spoke on the importance of innovation, leadership and change.
