On Sunday 9th January 2022, Strathmore University Business School co-sponsored this year’s Sigovilla golf tournament at the Sigona Golf Club in partnership with Finaltus Limited. The tournament brought together over 260 corporate chiefs and entrepreneurs for a networking session over a round of golf.

African countries are richly endowed with natural resources and need to leverage on each other’s strengths even as they work towards developing themselves and the continent at large. The solutions for Africa are in Africa. Speaking during the event, Dr. George Njenga, SBS Executive Dean, emphasized the need for Africans to co-create African solutions by working together and capitalizing on the strengths that each country brings to the table.

Speaking during the prize giving session, Paul Kamau, the Chief Executive Officer of Finaltus Ventures Limited said that he was happy to have co-hosted this year’s Sigovilla Golf Tournament with Strathmore University Business School (SBS).  He further highlighted the importance of working together as corporate business leaders and entrepreneurs in today’s business environment as a means to improve the economic growth of our country and Africa as a whole.

After an exciting day playing golf, the winners walked away with great prizes!
