The second session of the CEO Apprenticeship Programme (CAP), Knowledge Forum was held between 18th to 21st February 2025 bringing together leaders, industry experts, and professionals committed to advancing knowledge and fostering collaboration. Over four days, the forum served as a dynamic platform for insightful discussions, hands-on workshops, and the exploration of innovative solutions to industry challenges.
The forum featured high-level panel discussions, where leading industry figures and policymakers shared their perspectives on emerging trends, best practices, and strategies for addressing sector-specific challenges. These discussions not only shed light on key issues but also provided participants with actionable insights to drive meaningful transformation within their organizations.
Beyond panel discussions, the forum incorporated interactive workshops and case studies, offering a hands-on approach to learning. The CEO Apprenticeship Programme (CAP) is a senior-level executive development initiative led by Strathmore University Business School (SBS) through the Strathmore Global Institute Tanzania, in partnership with the CEO Roundtable of Tanzania. This Programme aims to develop Tanzanian CEOs and company directors in a move by the country to develop local leaders and rely less on expats.
