SBS Ph.D. Student Appointed Executive Director, Foundation for Civil Society

Strathmore University Business School wishes to congratulate Justice Rutenge on his recent appointment as Executive Director at the Foundation for Civil Society (FCS).

Mr. Rutenge is a thought leader in development policy and practice and for the last 10 years, has served as the Managing Consultant at iDev Tanzania Ltd and iDev Consulting. He brings on board a wealth of experience having worked extensively with national NGOs, donor agencies, multilateral organizations, global philanthropies, and corporates.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Integrated Community Development from Daystar University, a Master of Science (MSc) in Media, Communication, and development from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business and Management, with a specialization in Marketing Research, at Strathmore University Business School.
