Preparing African Organizations for Digital Transformation

From 31^st October to 4th November 2022, we trained 40 participants in the Digital Transformation Programme.

This Programme was offered in partnership with Xetova and aimed to strengthen the technical capacity for people leading, managing or influencing digital transformation, implementation of ICT services, performance tracking and integration of business intelligence into the core operations of organizations.

The participants trained in this Programme included CTOs, CIOs, CEOs, managing directors, and other functional managers from private and public sector organizations within East Africa. The training combined theory, peer learning, practical case studies, and presentations from industry leaders to provide participants with a holistic learning experience. Some of the key areas covered during the three-day Programme included but were not limited to leadership in the digital era, change management , sustainability and partnerships and digital transformation.
