The Dean of Strathmore Business School (SBS), Dr. George Njenga has embarked on a series of meetings in Europe with the aim of fundraising for Strathmore University as well as to give a brief on his initiative known as Ongoza Africa. The initiative that he has began will stimulate economic growth through promoting virtuous leadership skills among the youth in Africa.
In a meeting that took place in Genève, Switzerland, Dr. Njenga met with the Managing Partner of Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch & Cie (LODH), Mr. Bernard Droux. This was an opportune platform for the Dean to give a brief of Ongoza Africa.
Mr. Bernard Droux is a Managing Partner of Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch & Cie. and LODH Private Equity Partners. Mr. Droux served as a Director of SIX Swiss Exchange Ltd. He served as a Director of Swiss Financial Market Services AG. He served as a Director of SWX Swiss Exchange and SWX Group and also represents Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch & Cie. at the Swiss Futures and Options Association (SFOA). He served as a Member of the Board at International Securities Market Association (ISMA).
