This module delved into key topical areas such as equipping participants with insights into operational management strategies for enhanced agility. It also addressed effective stakeholder management techniques, explored Africa’s position within the global economic context, and provided guidance on navigating digital transformation to drive organizational success.
The CEO Apprentice Programme Tanzania (CAP), a collaborative effort between Strathmore Business School and the CEO Roundtable of Tanzania, stands as a flagship senior-level executive development initiative. With a primary objective of nurturing Tanzanian CEOs and company directors, this Programme signifies a strategic move by the country to foster indigenous leadership and diminish reliance on expatriate talent.
