The training program consists of three 6-months modules, each concluding with a NITA official certification.
During the first 3 months you will be taught technical aspects of plumbing and solar panels, life skills and entrepreneurship at Strathmore University and Eastlands Technical College. The courses will take place for 5 full days of the week.
The knowledge will be complemented by its practical implementation in a company for the last 3 months of each module.
Throughout the entire program, the young professionals are supported with mentorships, and coaching.
All expenses related to the program are covered by the sponsors, as well as food, the training time and the required resources for transportation and material.
- Females between 18 to 25 years of age
- Full proficiency in English language (Oral and written)
- C.S.E Certificate.

Please note that shortlisted candidates will be invited to an individual and a group interview. A home visit will be organized by the selection committee before the final decision is made.
