Participants of the Hilton Foundation funded Sisters’ Blended Value Project are working towards establishing and growing sustainable social enterprises that not only generate income for their congregations, but also create an impact within their communities.
The Immaculate Heart of Mary Reparatrix – Ggogonya hosted participants of the Social Enterprise Programme – Growth Module 3 on the congregation’s coffee farm in Masaka, Uganda as part of the group’s company visit.
The company visit instilled best practice skills for participants who are operating agricultural social enterprises and gave a general overview of how to manage and operate a successful social enterprise.

Conrad N. Hilton Foundation
The Conrad N. Hilton Foundation foresees a world in which improving the human condition is a shared and sustainable goal. “Love one another, for that is the whole law,” Conrad Hilton wrote in his will. The peoples of the world “deserve to be loved and encouraged—never to be abandoned to wander alone in poverty and darkness.” That is our resolve.
