SBS Trains the Simba Corp Group Senior Management Team in a Leadership Development Programme

Towards the end of last month, Strathmore University Business School trained eight members of the Senior Management team from Simba Corp Group in a customised leadership development Programme.

The training Programme, dubbed the Simba Corp Senior Management Development Programme, aimed to upskill the senior managers in the areas of self and team leadership and people management, coaching and change management, among other key areas of leadership.
