On Monday, 30th August 2021, SBS in partnership with the CEO Roundtable Tanzania officially launched the CEO Apprentice Programme (CAP) 2021. The launch marks the beginning of a 12-month learning journey for the participants of this year’s cohort.
Speaking during the launch, SBS Executive Dean, Dr. George Njenga noted, “transfer of skills, knowledge and know-how will empower the next generation across Tanzania and East Africa to become future leaders. Prosperity begins when leaders accept to share value within their circles of influence.”
About the CEO Apprentice Programme
The CEO Apprentice Programme is a 12 month Programme designed for top, experienced leaders from both public and private sectors who are looking to move into senior management.
This Programme is offered by SBS in partnership with the CEO Roundtable Tanzania (CEOrtz) and aims to train the next crop of competent and experienced leaders who are ready to take on CEO positions and other top leadership positions.
Strathmore University Business School serves as the knowledge partner for the CAP Tanzania Programme.
