Strathmore University Business School wishes to congratulate Joseph Ajal, ACC, on his recent appointment as president of the International Coaching Federation, Uganda Charter Chapter.
Joseph is the Chief Executive Officer of PrecisionHR Proprietary Ltd, Kampala, Uganda. His experience in the HR field spans more than twelve years across diverse sectors, from pensions to telecommunications, insurance and multimedia.
Joseph is an ICF Associate Certified Executive Coach and an SBS adjunct Faculty member in our Executive Education Programmes. He is also a Certified Balanced Scorecard Professional by George Washington University and a Certified Korn Ferry Hay Job Evaluator.
He holds a Bachelor of Public Administration – Human Resources Management Specialization Degree from the Islamic University in Uganda, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Uganda Management Institute and a MSc. Degree in Human Resource Management and Development (International Development) from the University of Manchester, UK.
