Last week, 18 participants of the CEO Apprentice Programme Tanzania, presented their business stimulation projects to an experienced panel of judges.
The participants, divided into four groups, had the opportunity to showcase to the faculty, the judges and their peers, the learnings from the past eight months they have been undertaking the Programme.
The CEO Apprenticeship Programme (CAP) is a 12-month Programme designed to identify and attract experienced Tanzanian executives within the public and private sectors with a career path towards becoming C-Level executives.
The Programme’s key objective is to create highly competent, experienced and visionary Tanzanian leaders who are ready to take on the CEO positions across various industries both regionally and globally.
