Participants of the Advanced Management Programme Visit China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), Ghana for their International Module

Between 19th and 23rd June 2023, participants of the Advanced Management Programme, Class 2023, visited China Europe International Business School, CEIBS, Ghana for their international module.

The module provided the participants with a unique opportunity to explore the opportunities and strategies available to African CEOs in navigating disruption, fostering growth, and achieving scalability in challenging times.

Throughout the week-long module, the participants engaged in a variety of activities that enriched their learning experience. The in-class sessions, led by high-caliber faculty members, provided valuable insights and knowledge about the African business landscape and the specific challenges and opportunities it presents. The interactive group discussions allowed participants to share their perspectives and engage in stimulating debates, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

The participants further had the privilege of visiting Niche Cocoa, a prominent company in the region. This visit offered an up-close look at Niche Cocoa’s operations, enabling the participants to gain practical insights into successful business practices and strategies employed by the organization.

The Advanced Management Programme is renowned for its ability to bring together a group of senior-level peers, fostering a network of like-minded professionals who can learn from and support one another. By interacting with peers from various industries and backgrounds, participants broaden their perspectives and develop a global mindset, essential for effective leadership on the international stage.

The programme’s comprehensive curriculum and exposure to real-world business situations empower executives to enhance their leadership skills and become better-equipped to address the challenges and complexities of today’s business environment. The AMP aims to propel these executives to become leaders who can drive positive change and make a significant impact in the global arena.
